Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DevSimplex's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services
DevSimplex provides software development, AI solutions, and technology consulting services:
- Web and Mobile Application Development
- AI and Machine Learning Solutions
- Custom Software Development
- SaaS and Multi-tenant Platform Development
- Cloud and DevOps Services
The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
Timely Communication
Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
Payment Obligations
Make payments according to agreed terms
Access & Resources
Provide necessary access and resources for project completion
Review & Approval
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of:
- Custom code created specifically for your project
- Project-specific deliverables
- Custom designs and assets
DevSimplex Retains
We retain ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries
- Generic components reusable in other projects
- Proprietary methodologies and processes
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements:

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except when required by law.
Limitation of Liability
DevSimplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date
- All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
